Education
Dr. Jamie-Lee Conner is a licensed clinical social worker, with an earned doctorate in Advanced Clinical Social Work. She’s a three-time alumni at Florida Atlantic University. Dr. Conner serves as an Associate Adjunct Professor for graduate social work courses related to human behavior and clinical practice, she also serves as a supervisor for social work students during their tenure and licensure.
Specialties
Dr. Jamie-Lee Conner specializes in treating teens, college aged students, young adults, and sports performance anxiety. Her clients come to her for treatment of anxiety, depression, self-harm, social relationship issues, body image, anger, suicidality, and learning to cope with sports/performance related anxiety.
Concierge Care
Concierge therapy is the epitome of premiere individualized care. Dr. Conner created the concierge model of care at Palm Beach Healing Institute to custom fit the needs of families at her practice that provides a focus on personalization, direct access to care, and flexibility. Concierge care services are only offered to a limited number of clients which lets Dr. Conner work intensely with each person and provide superior care to not only the child or teen that she is working with but the family and provide a collaborative care approach.

Alexia Cadenas is a registered clinical social work intern, with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work. She is a dual alumnus of Florida Atlantic University, where she plans on eventually earning a doctoral degree in the coming future.
Alexia has been in the field of social work for four years, starting her journey in case management and working her way up to a clinical role. Alexia has a passion for supporting children, adolescents and families, as well as advocating for mental health. Currently, not only does Alexia serve as a therapist at Palm Beach Healing Institute, but she also serves as an addiction therapist at Healthcare District of Palm Beach County, where she specializes in individual, group and family therapy. Alexia has had experience working with a wide range of clientele from infants to elderly. Alexia has worked with young adults with disabilities, PHP/IOP co-occurring disorders treatment, child welfare, as well as working in an outpatient setting for co-occurring disorders for children and adolescents.
Outside of Alexia’s role as a therapist, she currently serves on the NASW Palm Beach Steering Committee and as a Board of Director for Champions Empowering Champions. Alexia is certified in Mental Health First Aid and is currently working on getting certified in Play Therapy.
