Therapy Sessions

Dr. Conner and Team provide individual psychotherapy counseling sessions for children and teens using an evidenced based approach. With the premises of comfort and acceptance while also integrating behavior modification and development of coping strategies.

So what does all that mean? It means that out team uses approaches that have been shown to be effective with other children and teens in counseling, all while making your child comfortable and feeling like they have someone to confide in that will not judge them but be a supportive partner that will guide them along the journey!

Dr. Conner treats children and teens that are suffering from the following:

Get To Know You.

You will receive a link to the client portal where you can tell Dr. Conner all the nitty gritty details about you or your child! Typically, we will meet once per week for 50 mins.

We will start out by getting to know each other. It is important to have a relationship that is welcoming, comforting, and inviting.

Do the Work.

Each week we will meet for 50 mins.

You will learn ways to manage anxiety, depression, self-harm, and manage relationships. Dr. Conner will help you learn to change negative thought patterns you might not even realize are impacting you every day, and help you develop coping tools.

50 min session $200 per session

90 min session $250 per session

Family 60 min session $250 per session

Family 90 min session $300 per session
